Work insight visit to the hospitality department at PwC International Limited
Students visited the offices of PwC on Monday 19th February 2024 and spent the day with the hospitality team. We were given a talk about the pathways that led the hospitality management team to where they are today and were informed of apprenticeship and graduate Programs they have for both front of house and back of house chef roles. 
Students were given insight to how hospitality is offered outside of hotels, though – as the speaker put it – running hospitality in PwC is similar to running a hotel, but instead of managing bedrooms he manages workspaces.
Students were treated to lunch from the staff canteen and participated in a truffle tasting and cake decorating competition won by Beth Maclaren.
