Teach First
|
Teach First is an independent charity that takes outstanding graduates and, in partnership with schools, develops these graduates into successful teachers. Teach First participants follow a two year Leadership Development Programme, alongside in-school and University based teacher training, in order to become very positive role models for the young people with whom they will work.

Schools Direct
|
Schools Direct is a postgraduate route for schools to recruit and train their teachers. Working in partnership with a University, or accredited Teacher Training Institute, schools can request training places from the NCTL, and candidates can then apply for these places through UCAS. Harris Academy Morden currently operates as part of Harris Federation Inital Teacher Education. We also work in partnership with other Universities in order to extend the range of subjects we are able to offer. |

We have worked with Middlesex University, Kings College University, Roehampton University, Kingston University and St Mary's University College. |
