Personal Development Overview
Our vision is to equip students with the knowledge, experience, and character they need to be sufficiently prepared for the wider world.
We provide an outstanding Personal Development programme to develop students’ resilience, to support their wellbeing and to enhance their cultural capital beyond the classroom. Every student has the opportunity to participate actively and feel a sense of personal accomplishment in all aspects of their school life. The 5-year journey at HAMD is a time of significant personal development and we are there to support our students on every step of this journey. We want our students to enjoy their time with us and to feel a sense of belonging to our HAMD community.
We deliver our Personal Development programme through the following six strands:
- Cultural Capital
